Lentivirus Vectors for Cell Reprogramming
Ready-to-use virus stocks can be used for the integration of specific DNA-transcription factors to adult human cells to reprogram them to a pluripotent state. Individual as well as polycistronic lentivirus and adenovirus vectors are available.
Standard stock's titer is about 107 IU/ml. High titer virus stocks are offered through custom lentivirus production service.
