Lentiviruses with Fluorescent and Bioluminescent Markers

CBI offers Ready-to-Use lentiviruses expressing fluorescent proteins (eGFP, mCherry, etc.), as well as bioluminecstent marker Luciferase derived from two diffrent sources (beetles Photinus pyralisor or sea pansy Renilla reniformis.

F-Luc (Firefly luciferase)  and R-Luc (Renilla luciferase) can be used in dual-reporter assays due to the differences in substrate requirements and light emission spectrum.
