We offer vectors for primary cells immortalization. Lentiviral vectors are powerful tools for delivery of a gene of interest (GOI) into target cells. In contrast with murine retrovirus-derived vectors, lentivirus can infect both dividing and non-dividing mammalian cells. The GOI is integrated into the host genome allowing stable long-term gene expression in vitro and in vivo.

Lentiviruses for primary cells immortalization include vectors with SV40 T antigens, HPV16 E6/E7 fusion protein and various oncogenes. For immortalization of B-cells we offer EBV.
