Analysis of Gene Expression in Tissue Samples and Cell lines

We provide quantitative analyses of gene expression in tissue samples and cell lines by  RT-qPCR. After isolation of total RNA from the samples, the specific RNA is reverse-transcribed, and the transcription of specific genes is measured either in a one-step or two-step  RT-qPCR protocol.
