pShuttle subcloning Description

Traget gene or siRNA sequence provided by the client. For plasmids with compatible cloning sites, estimated turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.

If plasmid does not have compatible cloning sites, turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.

If target gene cDNA is not provided, we can obtain corresponding clone based on the indicated accession number and subclone into our pShuttle vector. Turnaround time will be from 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the cDNA size.
