Adenovirus Production Description

Amplification of the virus from the seed stock and purification. Materials delivered are 2-3 vials of concentrated virus (1 ml each, up to 10¹²pfu/ml). Virus is provided in PBS containing 1mM CaCl2, 1mM MgCl2, 50mM HEPES, and 2.5% glycerol, pH 7.8. If you want a different solution, please indicate in your request.
Turnaround time is 4-6 weeks.
