Lenti-2 Packing Mix Description
Lentiviral vectors with a wild type 5′-LTR require 2nd generation packaging system because these vectors are TAT-dependent. Lenti-2 (Combo) Packaging Mix is a two plasmids system that can support packaging of both 2nd and 3rd generation recombinant lentiviral vectors.
