CBI provides clinically-defined tumor and adjacent normal tissues from a consented patient. Preparation: two snap-frozen tissues. Small pieces of tissue (0.4 -0.7 gram total) are prepared by a certified medical pathologist and snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen within 20 -40 min after the surgical excision.
