cDNA Constructs Description

1) Subcloning the gene of interest into the adenovirus genome from pShuttle vector provided by the client (approximately 10μg of the pShuttle plasmid containing the gene of interest);
2) Production of a crude cell lysate containing the viral construct expressing full length cDNA (1ml of 10⁶pfu/ml).
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 weeks.
