β-Galactosidase Antibody Description
Rabbit Polyclonal(IgG)
Immunogen: Recombinant β-Galactosidase protein.
Specificity: Recognize β-Galactosidase protein from bacteria β-Galactosidase gene.
Formulation: 1mg/ml in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.05% sodium azide. Frozen liquid.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20ºC from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to opening the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Aliquot will be stable at 4ºC for 3 months.
Application: Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by investigators. Prepare working dilution immediately before use. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows. Western Blot: 1:1,000 Immunoprecipitation: 5 µg/mg lysate Histo/Cytochemistry: 1:200
