ALT CC-assay Description
Minimum 2x105 cells or 1-2 mg of tissue samples will be required for CC-assay. Cells can be pelleted and shipped to us frozen on dry ice. Alternatively, you can provide total genomic DNA isolated using your method of choice. In that case we recommend using Qiagen Protease for the best quality DNA yield.
Service includes the following steps:
- Genomic DNA isolation and quantitation.
- C-circle DNA amplification
- Dot Blot hybridization with specific 32P-labeled probe
- Data analysis
Turnaround time is 3-5 days.
