Adeno-hOSNL Description
iPS cell factors Oct4, Sox2, Nanog and Lin28 expressed from a single adenoviral vector under CMV promoter. All four genes are linked by 2A self-cleaving peptide sequences which allow equal expression of these factors in the target cells, thus streamlining iPSC reprogramming. A GFP control adenovirus is included for easy tracking of gene transduction efficiency.
