mCherry

mCherry is a monomeric form of fluorescent protein DsRed developed in Dr. Roger Tsien’s lab.  It has excitation peak at 587 nm and emission peak at 610 nm. 

Virus particles have bee generated by packaging lentivirus vector pReceiver-Lv105 containing mCherry sequence.
