Overview

For detection of signal transducers and activators or transcription. Adeno-sensor Signal Profiling System is an adenovirus construct containing pathway-specific promoter response element. Pathway activities can be detected when target cells are infected with the Adeno-sensor constructs followed by specific treatment (experimental conditions). Vectors of Adeno-reporter Signal Profiling System were constructed using Adeno-5 viral expression systems. AdLuciferase (Cat.No. D000144A) was used as a control. Other essential products necessary the Adeno-sensor Signal Profiling System are 293T cells for experiments and luciferase assays for promoter activity detection.
