i-Lenti RNAi Expression System
The iLenti siRNA vector represents a third generation of lentiviral vectors derived from HIV‐1 based lentivirus. The iLenti siRNA vector is designed with convergent Pol III promoters that drive the transcription of target siRNA from opposite directions. The subcloning of target siRNA is achieved by a simple ligation of annealed target siRNA to the Bbs I linearized iLenti vector. The linearized iLenti vector contains two different 5′ overhangs to reduce the occurrence of background self‐ligation and mis‐directional cloning.
